Welcome to the official website of the Thunder Bay Fly Fishers
The Club was formed in 1984 and is dedicated to enjoyment of all aspects of fly fishing. Club activities emphasize the sharing of knowledge, stories, and experiences. TBFF also encourages catch and release fishing, stream etiquette, and protection of the area's fishery for future generations. Meetings are scheduled as needed during the period September through April, including December when members get together for a Christmas Social. Business is kept short so that members can enjoy a "How to" presentation or video, or talks on memorable fishing trips and associated activities such as photography, canoeing, taxidermy, etc. From time to time arrangements are made for special guest speakers, demonstrations, fly tying classes and casting clinics.
